Preliminary Site Assessment
Initial visual walk-through, preliminary discussion and review of documents to assess the Company’s needs for the purpose of scoping a Technical and Financial Specification.
Defect Inspection / Technical Advisory
Advisory can provided with specific references made to issues requested by client in the client brief form; and from subsequent conditions, findings and recommendations.
Pre / Post Purchase Inspection
A systematic visual inspection of an existing property completed for the home-owner as a routine safety check and maintenance.
Building Condition Status Inspection
An independent formal building condition status report containing a photographic records of defects, health, safety and security issues with advice on solutions.
Expert witness
Report
Architect Centre’s Inspectors may from time to time be required to attend Court, Mediations, Arbitrations or other forms of dispute resolutions.
Skills and Training Workshop
Customised skills training are usually provided for issues: Building Inspection Training Course, Building Management Training Course and Kisah Benar Series.
